Went through most of the transaction with them. As we got to the final stages and shipping I connected with Danny. The watch was as described and the whole process was seamless. I’ve gotten responses from Danny directly post my purchase when I’ve had a quick follow up conversation which I so appreciate. Beyond a great selection of beautiful watches if you are looking for a good customer experience in what can be an intimidating vintage watch game I really do recommend DVW.
Danny was knowledgeable and friendly, with knowledge of multiple brands and a wealth of inventory to delight any vintage watch aficionado (or newbie looking to learn in my case). He set me up with a beautiful and functional watch that’s built to last, and fitted it with a great band that fit me and the watch perfectly. While perusing, I got to watch him interact with other sellers/resellers, and you can tell he is well respected within the community on 47th street, and works hard to procure the best possible inventory by dealing with everyone honestly and straightforwardly. What a find this place is. They have such interesting watches that I don’t normally find elsewhere. Unique watches and a unique experience. Already purchased three watches and am very satisfied. These make excellent gifts for yourself, your loved ones, anyone who appreciates a piece that’s character and class.
