IWC "Turler"
The Story
This is a late-60s International Watch Co. (IWC) “egg” case dress watch with a linen dial signed by “Türler”, a historical European jewelry and watch retailer. Türler would stamp their brand name on various Omega, Universal Geneve, IWC and other watches they sold through their stores, much like Tiffany & Co, Gübelin, and Cartier did. All parts are original on this watch, including the crown, movement, caseback and IWC-signed Milanese mesh bracelet. A rare bird, if we’re allowed to call it that.
