(EPSA), the design used water pressure to create an even tighter seal the deeper the watch went. While many brands used these cases, Glycine was known for pairing the robust technology with distinct, memorable dials. A Blue Vignette Dial In NOS Condition
What makes this example stand out is its condition. As a New Old Stock piece, it represents a true time capsule from the 1970s. The blue vignette dial, which fades from a lighter center to a dark outer edge, is clean and vibrant, with a non-quickset date window at 3 o'clock. The lume in both the hands and hour markers has aged to an even, warm yellow patina, a detail collectors look for in vintage watches. At 40mm with long, thick lugs, it has a substantial presence on the wrist that feels surprisingly modern for its age.
New Old Stock, Plain And Simple
This watch is in New Old Stock condition. The stainless steel case retains its original brushed finishing on the bezel, and both the dial and crystal are free from any scratches or marks. The case itself is in great cosmetic, untouched condition. All parts are original, including the crown, dial, movement, and caseback. Absolutely unreal experience. Found them from Facebook. Figured I’d browse the site. Fell in love with a patek, texted them, and they (specifically David) were so amazing and easy to chat with about options and inventory, process etc. Came in to pick up the watch - man, as you probably know - you cannot understate how great their selection is. That’s really one of the best parts as well. The service is great; they treat their clients great, prices are very good - but the curation is another huge stand out part. Anyway - these fellas were so great when we came in, that my wife was determined that we buy a watch for her, - you know just to help the business. Not for her, she insists, but because of how great the guys at the shop were. And I agreed so I obliged. :P It’s honestly a 10/10 shop. As we speak they are reworking both our watches to fit our bracelet and I’ll add photos when I pick up the watches. Heck, 11/10. They’re that good. Go there, you will not regret it!
