Laureat Chronograph — Panda Dial
The Story
Here's a vintage Laureat chronograph manual wind with a silver panda dial from the 70s. Keeps great time and is fully functional. Measurements include a 35-36mm case size and 18mm lug width. It's on smooth black leather strap. 30 minute sub dial at 3 a clock. Red chronograph second. The silver dial aged to a slight cream color due to age. Valjoux 7733. The dial has some darker spots of patina. Chrome case and stainless steel caseback. The sides of the case have some plate loss, due to wear. The top lugs have noticeable damage with the brown as seen in the photos. Both the dial and crystal are free from any scratches or marks. All parts are original including the crown, dial, movement, and caseback. Absolutely unreal experience. Found them from Facebook. Figured I’d browse the site. Fell in love with a patek, texted them, and they (specifically David) were so amazing and easy to chat with about options and inventory, process etc. Came in to pick up the watch - man, as you probably know - you cannot understate how great their selection is. That’s really one of the best parts as well. The service is great; they treat their clients great, prices are very good - but the curation is another huge stand out part. Anyway - these fellas were so great when we came in, that my wife was determined that we buy a watch for her, - you know just to help the business. Not for her, she insists, but because of how great the guys at the shop were. And I agreed so I obliged. :P It’s honestly a 10/10 shop. As we speak they are reworking both our watches to fit our bracelet and I’ll add photos when I pick up the watches. Heck, 11/10. They’re that good. Go there, you will not regret it! But it might be very hard not to leave with something
