Longines Admiral — Grey Dial
The Story
Here's a vintage Longines Admiral automatic with a grey sunburst dial from the 70s. Keeps great time and is fully functional. Measurements include a 35mm cushion case and 19mm lug width. It's on an 18mm blue suede rally leather strap with contrast white stitching (Made in Italy). time and quickset date function at 3 a clock (set hands back to the 9 a clock position, then back to 12 a clock to change the date). Clean grey sunburst dial. Stainless steel case and caseback, Serial #: 17045750. There are some scratches and small dents throughout the bezel and case as seen in the photos. Both the dial and crystal are free from any scratches or marks. All parts are original including the signed Longines crown, dial, movement, and caseback. Absolutely unreal experience. Found them from Facebook. Figured I’d browse the site. Fell in love with a patek, texted them, and they (specifically David) were so amazing and easy to chat with about options and inventory, process etc. Came in to pick up the watch - man, as you probably know - you cannot understate how great their selection is. That’s really one of the best parts as well. The service is great; they treat their clients great, prices are very good - but the curation is another huge stand out part. Anyway - these fellas were so great when we came in, that my wife was determined that we buy a watch for her, - you know just to help the business. Not for her, she insists, but because of how great the guys at the shop were. And I agreed so I obliged. :P It’s honestly a 10/10 shop. As we speak they are reworking both our watches to fit our bracelet and I’ll add photos when I pick up the watches. Heck, 11/10. They’re that good. Go there, you will not regret it! But it might be very hard not to leave with something
