Longines — Patina Dial

Details

The Story

Here's a vintage Longines automatic with a patina dial (arguably!) from the late 50s, early 60s. Keeps great time and is fully functional. Measurements include a 34mm case size and 18mm lug width. It's on a brown suede leather strap with matching stitching (Made in Italy). Time only. Sub seconds at 6 a clock. Dauphine hands. The whole dial turned to a brownish orange color over time. Some can argue that this is patina and others can call it damage. of course, with vintage watches, everything is subjective so it's up to you with what you make of it. Stainless steel case and caseback. Crown seems to be replaced as it's not signed. On the caseback, there are Russian words and a date in 1961. All other parts are original including the dial, movement, and caseback.
