This particular Patek Philippe Ellipse reference 3848/900 is not like any other. It exemplifies honor and prestige. It features a solid 18kt yellow gold case and an ultra-rare perfect condition lapis lazuli Saddam Hussein stamp on the dial. This Ellipse is a collector's dream, the president of Iraq was gifted this watch and only 12 of these to our knowledge were ever produced. The dial has the Swiss stamp at 6 O’clock, the Iraqi eagle, and the Saddam Hussein signature which is considered a double logo dial. The symmetrical oval case size is 27x32mm and is powered by a manual wind movement. This timepiece was manufactured in 1976 and sold on September 30th, 1997.
