History

The Dancer, introduced in the 1980s, takes a cushion-shaped case and fills it with the kind of dial work that Piaget's gemsetters do best: opal, onyx, meteorite, and mother of pearl appear across the series, often accompanied by diamond-set bezels and integrated gold bracelets.

Quartz-powered and available in yellow and white 18-karat gold, the Dancer is a cocktail watch in the truest sense — designed for occasions where the watch is part of the outfit, not an accessory to it. References 80317 K81 (opal/onyx/diamond), 84023 K81 (meteorite), and 9025 (lapis) illustrate the dial variety Piaget achieved within a single reference family.
