Tudor ref. 7934 — Cream Dial
The Story
Here's a vintage Tudor Oyster manual wind reference # 7934 with a cream dial from the late 50s, early 60s. Keeps great time and is fully functional. Measurements include a 34mm oyster case and 19mm lug width. It's on a brown vintage-style leather strap (Made in Italy). Time only. Mathing gold dauphine hands and hour markers. Blue seconds hand. The white dial has a slight hue of a cream color, due to age. The lume in both the hands and hour markers developed a lovely yellow patina. Drilled lug holes. Near the crown, there is a dent on the case, as seen in the photo. There are a fair amount of scratches on the case and bezel as well. Steel case and caseback. All parts are original including the signed Rolex crown, caseback, dial, and movement. Absolutely unreal experience. Found them from Facebook. Figured I’d browse the site. Fell in love with a patek, texted them, and they (specifically David) were so amazing and easy to chat with about options and inventory, process etc. Came in to pick up the watch - man, as you probably know - you cannot understate how great their selection is. That’s really one of the best parts as well. The service is great; they treat their clients great, prices are very good - but the curation is another huge stand out part. Anyway - these fellas were so great when we came in, that my wife was determined that we buy a watch for her, - you know just to help the business. Not for her, she insists, but because of how great the guys at the shop were. And I agreed so I obliged. :P It’s honestly a 10/10 shop. As we speak they are reworking both our watches to fit our bracelet and I’ll add photos when I pick up the watches. Heck, 11/10. They’re that good. Go there, you will not regret it! But it might be very hard not to leave with something
